Property Viewing Service

If you enjoy the initial search but you do not have time to view all of the properties on your "long list" you may like us to undertake the initial viewings on your behalf. For a set daily fee we are able to do as much, or as little, as you choose.

We will view, on your behalf, up to three properties per day. We will view and photograph the properties and report our observations to you.  Please be aware that we are not offering a survey.

Should you have any particular questions or concerns please let us know, by email, in advance of our visit.  This will save you some of the dissapointment that, sadly, house buying brings to us all. We consider a property to be perfect from the details,only to find that you can see an industrial estate from the upstairs windows , or that the property is particularly close to a road etc.

Should you register for the full search service within 2 weeks of the property viewing day we will deduct the cost of one day of viewing from the success fee.
