Initial Personal Consultation

We would always prefer to start with a face to face meeting. If this is not convenient, for example if you are working abroad,  we can start with emails or phone calls if necessary. 

During the meeting we will spend time with you outlining for us what it is that you are looking for, where you would like to move to, your timescale, the financial aspects of the move, you children and their schools and your journey to work.  The more information that you are able to give us the better.

Registering your Search 

After the meeting, should you decide to proceed, we will set to work as soom as your registration fee has cleared. 

Orientation Tour

If you are not familiar with the area you might like to join us for a day. We will give you an orientation tour, showing you the area. We will ask you questions in advance to enable us to personalise the tour to suit your needs and wishes.

The Search Begins

Once we start to search we will keep you informed of the properties that match, or are close to your criteria. We will do this by email. We view potentially suitable properties along with any you may feel worthy of viewing. We will report back to you after the initial viewings.

Accompanied viewing of suitable properties

Once we have identified a short list of potentially suitable properties we will make all necessary arrangements to accompany you on viewings.  After the viewing, on your behalf we will contact the appropriate agents to give them feedback on the viewing and suitability of the property.

Negotiations 

On finding a suitable property we will negotiate on your behalf.
